Bahá’í Discussion at Goldstein’s on April 12, 2013

On April 12, 2013, we had a Bahá’í Discussion and Dessert Meeting led by Dr. Dan Rea at Joe and Ana Goldstein’s home. Please click below for a description and photos of the event.

Fourteen people attended the discussion on becoming your “true self” and avoiding the seductive traps of your “false self.” When you live a purposeful and prayerful life of service to humanity, you are in touch with your spiritual reality and are empowered to realize your true self and avoid the superficial attractions of the false self as glorified in the popular media. According to Bahá’u’lláh, “…man should know his own self and recognize that which leadeth unto loftiness or lowliness, glory or abasement, wealth or poverty…”
