On May 28, the Bahais of Statesboro hosted a public meeting at the Statesboro Regional Library on the recent persecution and incarceration of Bahais in Iran. Twelve people attended this informative presentation about the ongoing human rights violations that the Bahais of Iran have experienced and learned how they can help stop this systematic discrimination and oppression. Special thanks are extended to Nancy Hutcheon for her well prepared and delivered presentation, to Joe Goldstein for his musical presentation of a Bahai prayer, and to Nabil Nasseri for his presentation of Bahai videos.
